At Quinta da Costa, the ceremony, reception, dinner and party flow continuously, across gardens, a lake and indoor spaces prepared to host celebrations of 70 to 500 guests.
The team supports each couple from the first contact through to the wedding day, helping to define the format, the guest experience and the details that make the celebration truly yours.
From your guests' arrival to the cake cutting, every space on the estate plays its part in the rhythm of the celebration.
The team guides guests to the private car park and welcomes them into a space reserved for a single event each day. The estate also has a baby-changing room, a children's play area and step-free access.
The civil ceremony can take place in Quinta da Costa's outdoor space, next to the garden and the lake. When the weather doesn't allow an outdoor ceremony, the team prepares an indoor solution.
Guests move on to the cocktail area, with outdoor service, a support bar and live cooking stations. The support hall keeps this moment indoors whenever needed.
The sunset area is designed to extend the celebration into the evening. The Fire Place Lounge, with a fire pit and marshmallows, creates a relaxed moment before dinner or during the party.
Quinta da Costa has its own decoration service, contracted separately. It's also possible to work with an outside decorator or wedding planner, coordinated in advance with the team.
The main hall is set up according to guest numbers, table layout and the chosen menu. Catering is in-house and can cater to vegetarian, vegan, allergy and intolerance needs; music and the format of the celebration are set out in the proposal.
The cake cutting can take place by the lake, creating one last outdoor moment before the party continues.
